Need to make a change to your Volta Membership?

We ask that you use the Membership Change Request Form (scroll down to find) to submit a change request to us.

The Membership Change Request Form can be used to:

  • Cancel membership

  • Freeze membership

  • Un-freeze membership

  • Update contact information

  • Update payment information on account

Step 1: Fill out the form completely. Don’t forget to add all members that are canceling.

Step 2: Confirm that you have received a confirmation email. If you do not, please reach out- thanks!

Important Information

To cancel your monthly billing membership, written notice or the Membership Change Request Form must be given no less than fifteen (15) days prior to your last desired billing date. Member account billing recurs monthly on the 15th of each month.

If you know that you are planning to cancel or freeze, you can submit the form weeks or months in advance. Our system will not let you submit a cancellation form on the first of the month, so think about it filling it by the end of the month prior. For example, if you want to cancel on January 15th, fill out the form by December 30th.

For Family Memberships, please include all impacted family members. Use the blue ‘Include Additional Family Member’ button on the form below to add your additional members.
