โ Jill King

Volta opened at a particularly low point in my life and starting a new fitness-oriented hobby seemed overwhelming and was anxiety inducing.

I cannot overstate how glad I was that I accepted an invitation to climb one weekend afternoon; in the span of just a couple months my mental health has drastically improved and I now climb multiple times per week.

Volta as a facility is beautiful, and the Volta team add to this experience as they treat climbers of all levels with respect and provide both encouragement and support. The Downeast community is so lucky to have Volta, and I am proud to be a member.
